To make an online booking, or to simply view the calendar to see which dates are available please use the following link or click the calendar below;
To request a booking for the first time you will be asked to create an account by entering your contact details.You will then need to to select the length of the service (i.e. a 1 hour, 2 hour etc booking) and then select the start time using the calendar. If you require something long term like a regular weekly or monthly booking, then as an alternative you should use the enquiry form below. Once you have successfully requested your booking you will be sent e-mail confirmation and someone will be in touch to discuss your request.
Please note that your booking will remain provisional until it has been reviewed and authoried by someone on the villgae hall comittee.
Bookings are charged at £13p/h for village residents and £15p/h) for non residents up to a maximum of 4 hours after which the cost is inclusive i.e. a 4+ hour booking for a non-resident would be £60. Payment will be made via invoice after your booking date, so you will need to leave valid contact details i.e. full address/email/phone number etc.
IMPORTANT! By making an online booking you are automatically accepting the terms and conditions for hire of the hall, so please follow the link here to familiarise yourself with them. If for any reason you cannot agree to these terms, please use the enquirey form to explain why. The terms spefically state that the hirer is liable to pay for any damages that may incur to the property, and after a number of recent incidents involving parties and alcohol we have decided to require a minimum £300 upfront bond/deposit to be reinbursed upto 14 days after the event assuming no damages.
Access to the hall is via a key held in a "Key Safe" located in the entrance hall, immediately to the right of the notice board. The combination number will be included in your email booking confirmation (check the email signature).
If for whatever reason you do not receive this email then please use webmaster@kinkervillagehall.org to request help or else use the enquiry form below.
Please ensure that the key is returned to the key safe after use and that the combination number is scrambled. The number may change on a 6 month rotation, so please ensure that you are aware of the latest version.
If you experience an issue with the online booking system or you need to request something more complex then please fill out and submit the enquiry form below, making sure to specify the date and time for your desired booking and a brief description of your intended use. Note, we strongly advise that you make a direct booking yourself via the Calendar tool above. If you choose to phone/email your request, it may take several days to get a response in which time your preferred slot may be taken.
